Disputes - Mediation
In case of dispute between a traveler and the hotel regarding contestations related to these T&Cs, the traveler has the possibility to resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided by applicable legislation.
After contacting HOTEL INN customer service via email at contact@hotel-inn.fr to try to resolve the dispute amicably, and in case of a negative response or no response within sixty (60) days from the request, the traveler may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator – BP 80303 – 75823 Paris Cedex 17.
The terms for contacting the Mediator and their contact details are available on the website mtv.travel : mtv.travel
The Mediator can be contacted within twelve (12) months after the first complaint.
Applicable Law
These legal notices are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
